A highly regarded UK leading international law firm's commercial Real Estate team is seeking a junior associate to join their London based team. The role focuses on advising corporate, institutional, and private clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions and related matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, handling complex and varied challenges for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sale and purchase transactions for commercial real estate.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters.
- Support investment and development projects.
- Act for lenders in securing property-related finance.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for all aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey advice clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and maintain organized files.
- Pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving.
Person Specification:
- Solid foundational knowledge of commercial property law.
- High intellectual calibre combined with practical thinking.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a demanding workload.
- Good academics and completed training contract from a mid-sized UK based or city firm.
