We are looking for a confident and polished Reception Team Leader to oversee the front of house function at Fulham Green, a vibrant commercial estate home to a collection of stylish office spaces and an exciting mix of businesses.
This is a hands on leadership role where you will lead by example, ensuring every client, tenant and visitor receives a seamless five star experience while supporting and developing the reception team.

What you will be doing
- Leading and mentoring the reception team to deliver exceptional service
- Acting as the senior point of contact for tenants and visitors
- Ensuring the reception and communal areas are always immaculate and welcoming
- Managing meeting room bookings and front of house systems efficiently
- Supporting the Estate Management team with daily coordination
- Handling escalations and resolving queries with professionalism and confidence
- Driving consistency in service standards across the building
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a senior reception, front of house or hospitality leadership role
- A natural leader who inspires confidence and sets high standards
- Polished, professional and highly personable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and front of house systems
- Experience in hospitality, cabin crew, luxury retail or premium corporate environments is highly desirable

- Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
- Salary £32,000
