The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Resourcing and attracting high-volume industrial candidates
- Screening, interviewing and onboarding temps
- Managing compliance and right-to-work checks
- Supporting major local accounts across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands
- Spending time on-site with clients when required
This isn’t just CV-slinging. It’s hands-on, relationship-led recruitment with real accountability.

- Experience in industrial recruitment (resourcing or consultant level)
- Confident managing volume roles
- Strong candidate care and customer service mindset
- Full UK driving licence – own car preferred
