A top-tier international law firm are looking for a junior hedge/credit funds Associate to join their market-leading Investment Management team in London.

We are partnering with a highly-regarded US Law firm who are recognised globally for advising on complex, high-value transactions and operating at the forefront of the international legal market. The London office acts as a central hub for cross-border work, working closely with colleagues across Europe, the US and key emerging markets.
This is a standout opportunity to advise sophisticated hedge fund and credit fund clients on complex, high-value matters that are at the forefront of the market.
The team is keen to speak not only with lawyers who already have funds experience, but also with high-calibre corporate associates from leading practices who are motivated to make a strategic move into investment management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- England & Wales qualified (or other common law jurisdictions)
- 0.5- 3 Years PQE
- Solid experience in Hedge/Credit or other open-ended/private funds and/or a Corporate M&A background (public or private)
- Strong academic credentials
- Desire to work with a leaner team, and gain early autonomy
