We’re now growing our Capital Introductions function and are looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and hungry to build something meaningful from the ground up.

🔍 The Role
You’ll work directly with Valtera’s founders to expand our global investor network and help innovative companies raise from pre‑seed to Series B. This role mixes investor relations, founder advisory and business‑building, with real autonomy and impact.
🌎 What You’ll Do
- Build a network of angels, HNWIs, VCs, family offices and seed investors
- Source, qualify and curate opportunities across biotech, medtech, digital health, AI/data and deep‑tech
- Match companies with the right investors at the right time
- Build out the Capital Introductions offering, frameworks, GTM, and best practices
- Represent Valtera in investor ecosystems globally (Europe, the US and the Middle East)
👤 Who You Are
- Already connected: you know early‑stage investors and understand how they think
- Background in BD, venture scouting, fundraising, advisory or early‑stage ecosystems
- Clear communicator who can challenge founders constructively
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable building from zero
- Ambitious, you want a trajectory, ownership and a bigger stage
Nice if you also have:
VC/accelerator experience, exposure to science/tech‑heavy environments, global mindset.
