🚀 Associate Director – Data Standards (UK-based, hybrid | £70,000+ & benefits) - Non for Profit consultancy
This is a senior leadership role for someone motivated by long-term, system-level change.
You’ll lead complex, multi-year programmes across social care and related public services — shaping data standards, interoperability and market conditions so information can be shared at scale. The impact is real, but incremental: this role is about coalition-building, navigating dependencies and delivering sustained change rather than quick wins.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has led large, complex programmes (standards, enterprise systems, data infrastructure).
- Is comfortable influencing across government, vendors and delivery partners.
- Worked in for a consultancy
- Enjoys leading teams in complex, evolving environments.
- Comfortable debating technical architecture, understand the architectural options and see the consequences of architectural choices for things like where commercial power sits, and what use cases they can and can't serve.
