A global, complex organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Talent to lead enterprise-wide talent and leadership transformation initiatives during a significant period of organisational evolution. This is a permanent role based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days per week) and would involve some occasional global travel.
This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering strategic talent solutions aligned to long-term business growth and capability building. You will operate at a senior level, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to design and embed modern, scalable approaches to succession planning, leadership development, and enterprise talent management.
