    A global, complex organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Talent to lead enterprise-wide talent and leadership transformation initiatives during a significant period of organisational evolution. This is a permanent role based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days per week) and would involve some occasional global travel.


    This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering strategic talent solutions aligned to long-term business growth and capability building. You will operate at a senior level, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to design and embed modern, scalable approaches to succession planning, leadership development, and enterprise talent management.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead large-scale talent and leadership transformation programmes
    • Design and implement succession frameworks and leadership models
    • Translate evolving business priorities into clear, actionable talent strategies
    • Influence and partner with senior stakeholders across a matrixed environment
    • Drive innovation and embed future-ready talent practices
    • Oversee delivery and ensure measurable organisational impact


    Candidate Profile:

    • Proven experience leading enterprise-level talent transformation
    • Strong strategic capability with hands-on delivery credibility
    • Deep expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and modern talent frameworks
    • Confident operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
    • Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
