    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Experience Assistant, located in London. The primary responsibilities include building strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and providing exceptional concierge-level support. The role also involves coordinating client events, maintaining an immaculate office environment, and assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations. Working as part of a dynamic team, the Client Experience Assistant will embody the hospitality ethos and represent One Avenue Group's commitment to excellence in client service.


    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Organizational and time management skills for coordinating events and handling administrative tasks
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and ensure a high standard of service
    • Professionalism, a positive attitude, and proactive in maintaining a welcoming environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
    • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or office management is an advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
