HR Advisor (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Advisor to join our client's Belfast-based team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role operates on a hybrid basis, with 3 days onsite per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can provide practical, solution-focused HR support.
The Role
You will deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service to managers and employees, ensuring best practice and compliance with Northern Ireland employment legislation. The successful candidate will manage a range of employee relations matters and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues
- Support managers with policy interpretation and application
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and record management
- Contribute to HR projects and organisational initiatives
- Liaise with payroll and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
- Experience managing employee relations cases independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
