Graduate Sales Team Lead
Watford | Full-Time | In-Person
At The Atlas Collective, we design opportunities specifically for ambitious graduates who want structured development, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into leadership.
Our Graduate Sales Team Lead position is not a standard entry-level sales role. It is a structured early-career opportunity created for an individual who has completed their studies and are ready to accelerate into management through practical, hands-on experience.
We partner with a portfolio of respected charitable organisations, representing their campaigns through in-person engagement across North West London. Our work focuses on bringing important causes directly into communities — helping charities secure long-term donor support that funds initiatives in humanitarian aid, healthcare access, environmental protection, and community development.
As a Graduate Sales Team Lead, you will develop your own performance while actively training towards team leadership responsibilities.
What Makes This a Graduate Role?
This position is designed to bridge the gap between education and leadership.
You will receive:
• Structured onboarding and campaign training
• Ongoing mentoring from experienced team leaders
• Exposure to performance tracking and team coordination
• Gradual responsibility for mentoring and supporting new starters
• Clear milestones outlining progression into senior and management roles
Rather than spending years waiting for development, this role provides direct exposure to leadership fundamentals from an early stage.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Represent charity campaigns through face-to-face engagement
• Communicate campaign missions, values, and current projects clearly
• Support compliant donor registrations
• Work towards individual sales targets
• Assist with daily team briefings and performance reviews
• Provide peer support and guidance to junior team members
• Begin learning campaign coordination and operational oversight
This is a performance-driven role where leadership development is earned through consistency, professionalism, and results.
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in graduates who are:
• Ambitious and career-focused
• Confident communicators
• Competitive but collaborative
• Comfortable in face-to-face environments
• Looking for full-time, in-person work in North West London
• Aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
Previous sales experience is not essential. We prioritise attitude, work ethic, and willingness to develop.
If you are looking for a graduate opportunity that combines impact, performance, and structured progression into leadership, we would be excited to review your application.
