As an Associate People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying and supporting the people needs within the business. Acting as a trusted expert, you will partner with People Business Partners to drive performance through strong relationships and constructive challenge.
You will support the shaping and delivery of people plans aligned to your functional areas to improve performance, increase engagement, and help make the client an extraordinary place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cyclical people activities including Pulse Survey communications, response tracking, data analysis, and report creation
- Support talent management and performance initiatives
- Coordinate Annual Salary Reviews and October Out of Cycle processes
- Assist with Strategic Workforce Planning
- Manage a Centre of Excellence (COE) relationship across People teams, driving feedback and collaborative solutions
- Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support sprints and projects with progress reviews, communication, and benefits evaluation
- Provide hands-on support and advice to managers on people issues, upskilling and delivering creative, ROI-focused solutions
- Collaborate with OneHR teams to ensure consistent and effective business service delivery
About You:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent HR/People-related experience
- Solid HR generalist background with sound knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Strong collaborator with proven ability to build effective business relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive organisational improvements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including senior stakeholder engagement
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
- Experience coordinating engagement initiatives such as Pulse surveys, with strong stakeholder management
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous and challenging environments
- Knowledge of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) principles and their practical application
