Location: Sutton Coldfield (on the border of Birmingham)
Salary: From £13-£17 per hour - higher salary available for more skilled practitioners
Commission: Achievable & excellent commission structure, incentives, and bonuses
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time
Shifts: Must be available to work Saturday or Sundays or both Saturday & Sunday or alternative (flexible for the right candidate), 8-hour shifts, minimum of 3 days
JOB DESCRIPTION
Aesthetic Search has an exciting opportunity for an Aesthetic Practitioner / Skincare Professional / Therapist to join the team at a thriving skin clinic in Sutton Coldfield (on the border of Birmingham). You will be inheriting an established client base for treatments and continue to manage client’s skincare journey if desired.

The clinic is a small independent business which means there are lots of opportunities for progression and further responsibilities in learning the running of the business day to day etc (if desired).
Aesthetic Search is seeking a like-minded, caring professional candidate to fit in with their intimate team, with a natural drive and passion for all skin related topics. They have an amazing monthly commission package so there is no ceiling to what you can earn!

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role and have:
- Worked in a clinic: 12 months (required)
- NVQ Level 3 (required)
- NVQ Level 4 / 5 (required)
- Experience working with lasers, micro needling etc
- Passionate about skin and offer a 5-star client experience!
- Have an obsession in skincare & ongoing training
- Professional & positive attitude

- Knowledge of vitamin A/Retinols, Hydroquinone, Tretinoin
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver 5-star customer services and fulfil all client requests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction & safety
- Perform Observ Skin Analysis and help with social media enquiries when required
- Advise clients on suitable treatments and products offered within the clinic
- Ability to up-sell by introducing clients to additional and advanced treatments
- Have a good knowledge and interest about skin and skincare
- Handle cash & take card payments
- Ability to achieve sales targets for services and retail
- Embrace change and have a natural interest in continual professional development, refresher training and new equipment in the industry
