Internal Sales Representative
We are working with a successful and growing manufacturing company seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, supporting key accounts, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent job based in Crumlin the hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and 8am to 2pm on Friday and based full time in the office.
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing and following up on quotations and tenders
- Working closely with the Sales Director and external sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently
What you will need to have for the Internal Sales Representative position:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales, customer service, or internal sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (desirable)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and data entry accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
