Job Summary:
The Restaurant Specialist supports the Global Head of Restaurants in delivering an exceptional dining programme for members. The role focuses on restaurant request fulfilment, supplier relationship support, and the development of curated dining recommendations that reflect Quintessentially’s standards of service.
The Restaurant Specialist helps maintain strong relationships within the restaurant industry and uses this knowledge to secure access, enhance booking success rates, and provide personalised dining experiences aligned with member preferences. Acting as a key support function to servicing teams, the role ensures requests are handled efficiently while upholding the highest levels of customer care.
In addition to operational support, the role contributes to the promotion and visibility of restaurant opportunities. Working alongside internal teams, the Restaurant Specialist helps develop marketing and communication materials that showcase dining benefits, events, and seasonal highlights, encouraging member engagement and uptake. This includes supporting restaurant content, guides, and member-facing communications that celebrate the breadth and quality of the dining programme.
This position requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual with a genuine interest in restaurants and hospitality. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a commitment to service excellence, contributing to both member satisfaction and the ongoing strength of restaurant partnerships.
Main duties & responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Support restaurant request fulfilment, delivering timely, personalised dining recommendations.
- Assist servicing teams and international offices with UK restaurant expertise.
- Support and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners.
- Secure access to high-demand reservations and unique dining opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant openings, trends, and industry developments.
- Contribute to the promotion of restaurant benefits and dining initiatives.
- Support the creation of restaurant content, guides, and member communications.
- Share regular updates and insights with internal teams.
- Assist in the development and delivery of dining-led member events.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement with restaurant benefits.
- Support internal team knowledge of restaurant partners through training and familiarisation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, benefits, and partner information.
- Support database management and internal reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the wider specialist team.
- Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication at all times.
- Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Show initiative and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Hours of work:
Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday.
However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.
Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency.
