    Job Description:


    Working as a global HR Division, our regional EMEA Team are split up into HR Centre of Excellence teams, covering Reward, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering & Employee Relations, and Projects & Reporting.

    As the HR Business Partner, you will act as an expert within your business area and collaborate with managers, their EMEA teams and the Global HR team to deliver a seamless HR service and an insightful people strategy. You will be point of contact for circa 1,000 FTE across EMEA.

    What you will get to do:


    • Partner with the HRBP, Director for the client group and business/functional line managers to build strong credible partnerships, establish, and maintain productive business relationships
    • Coach, support and provide senior managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage talent and succession planning
    • Provide support and assistance on activities related to the performance lifecycle (appraisals, goal setting, probationary reviews) and annual salary review and promotion
    • Provide support on change programmes such as TUPE and M&As
    • Work in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence and the Global HR Team to provide a seamless service,
    • Use available data to provide insights and to drive better informed business decisions
    • Act as a change agent, facilitate change and seize opportunities to introduce improvements to current HR and/or Business practices and procedures
    • Champion a Company culture that will contribute to positive employee engagement through department and Companywide initiatives
    • Execute ad hoc requests and projects, e.g., employee engagement survey, data reporting, exit interview analysis, Workday projects


    What You Will Bring:


    • Prior experience in Human Resources as a HR Business Partner in a similarly sized role.
    • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
    • Working knowledge of HR functions, applicable laws and ideally experience / knowledge within other European countries.
    • Good knowledge of UK Employment legislation. Knowledge of European Employment legislation is preferred but not a must (a desire and interest to learn is a must)
    • An understanding of the HR Centre of Excellence model with an ability to work effectively within this structure.
    • Having a commercial mindset.
    • Flexibility of approach to respond to changing strategies and priorities.
    • Proactive, and self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
    • Previous experience within change projects
