Our team works across brand and creative strategies, defining a clear and consistent direction to help brands interact with customers. Now, we’re looking for more agile strategic thinkers with proven experience of delivering big brand ideas into the places that make a difference.
With demanding clients across sectors, you’ll need to be able to flex your thinking across accounts and projects. Smart, persuasive and thorough, you’ll be as happy presenting to senior client stakeholders as you are briefing creative teams.
Right now, you might be a creative agency strategist. You could be working client-side on brand and looking for a new challenge. And we’re open to people with diverse professional backgrounds, as long as you can demonstrate how you could bring value to the team.
You’ll certainly need experience interpreting business challenges and dilemmas, communicating your approach, and developing and implementing plans to solve them. And you’ll have the confidence and authority to challenge when you need to and the expertise to back up your arguments with data and insights.
We’re based in Nottinghamshire, but with clients in London and beyond, you won’t spend all your time at your desk.
