Meetings & Events Coordinator – Edinburgh

We are working with a well-established corporate organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a highly organised and service-focused Meetings & Events Coordinator to support their busy workplace operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment, coordinating meeting spaces and events from enquiry through to delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal and external events run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
The Role
As Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless management of meeting rooms, event bookings, and associated facilities. Duties will include:
- Managing bookings for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and on-site facilities
- Coordinating event requirements, including room layouts, catering, and technical support
- Acting as the main point of contact for event enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Liaising with internal departments and service partners to deliver smooth event operations
- Maintaining accurate booking systems and records
- Preparing event documentation, schedules, and client confirmations
- Supporting on-the-day event delivery and troubleshooting where required
- Ensuring all spaces are presented to a high corporate standard
The Ideal Candidate

- Has previous experience in meetings, events, hospitality, or corporate coordination
- Is exceptionally organised with strong administrative skills
