We’re working with a well-established real estate advisory platform looking to appoint a senior Living specialist to lead and grow its national Living capability.
This is a strategic role sitting between Investment & Development Agency and Capital Advisory, requiring someone comfortable operating across both sides of the transaction.
The Role
You will play a leading role in the Living platform, with a focus on:
• PBSA, Build to Rent and Co-Living
• Structuring and delivering forward funding, forward commitment and JV equity transactions
• Acting as a senior deal lead from origination through to completion
• Leveraging and expanding relationships with developers, investors, funds and operators
• Representing the business credibly at senior client level and in the wider market
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and positioning of the Living platform
