    About the Role:


    We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Adviser to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing practical, solution-focused advice to managers and employees.


    As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the organisation, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
    • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and internal policies.
    • Analyse HR data and produce reports to support business decision-making.
    • Support organisational change initiatives.
    • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities.


    About You:


    • Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
    • Proactive, solution-focused, and highly professional.
