Associate | Senior Associate (2–8 PQE) – Real Estate

Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate (2–8 years’ PQE) to join their Real Estate team, sitting within their nationally recognised Regeneration practice.
This is a standout opportunity to work at the heart of major public sector regeneration and town centre redevelopment projects, advising local authorities and government bodies on complex, housing-led and mixed-use schemes that deliver real social impact.
Led by a highly regarded regeneration Partners, the team works on large-scale development projects, joint ventures and public-private partnerships, collaborating across planning, construction, procurement and energy to deliver transformative schemes nationwide. They are looking for someone who wants to develop their career within a regeneration-focused environment and play a key role in high-quality development work.
The role will involve:
- Advising on development and regeneration projects for public sector clients
- Acting on mixed-use and residential schemes
- Supporting on development agreements, site assembly and disposals
- Working on joint venture and partnership structures
- Managing transactions and building strong client relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–8 years’ PQE in Real Estate / Development
- Experience in development, strategic land, or public sector property matters preferred
- Strong technical grounding and commercial awareness
- A genuine interest in regeneration work, or experience within regeneration projects
