    Sales Development Representative

    £30,000 - £35,000 Base + Double OTE

    Manchester (Hybrid 2 days office)

    The Opportunity

    You’ll be at the forefront of new business growth, learning how modern SaaS sales really works while developing into a top-performing sales professional.


    You’ll:

    • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
    • Engage decision-makers within exciting, high-growth markets
    • Qualify marketing-generated leads and turn them into real opportunities
    • Book meetings and build a strong pipeline for senior sales colleagues
    • Deliver impactful introductions to innovative cyber security software
    • Learn consultative selling techniques from experienced SaaS leaders
    • Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
    • Progress quickly as you develop and hit targets
    • This is not a “dial and smile” environment, it’s a structured, supportive, high-performance sales culture where you’ll be trained properly and developed into a future Account Executive.


    This role is ideal for someone who:

    • Has 6–12 months of B2B sales experience (phone-based or field-based)
    • Is tenacious, resilient, and genuinely driven to succeed
    • Wants a long-term career in SaaS or software sales
    • Thrives in a target-driven environment
    • Is coachable and eager to learn from experienced sales leaders
    • Has strong communication skills and confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
    • Is ambitious and motivated by progression and earning potential


    You don’t need SaaS experience — just the hunger to break into it.
