TRAINING COORDINATOR / FACTORY TRAINER
Opportunity to join a successful food manufacture in the Leeds area, supporting all site based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance.
You will be part of a team driving training agenda, working with department managers, and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update matrix.
- Being a food manufacture elements of training include food safety and technical compliance
- Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits
- Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, Operations teams
Experience
- Deliver engaging operational training
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Organised with excellent planning, and time management
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Role
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions AM, PM, Nights
- Salary- strong depending on experience
