Our client, a leading international and Legal 500-ranked law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex transactions within a collaborative and well-resourced environment, advising national and international clients on sophisticated corporate matters.
You will be involved in a broad range of work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
- Equity capital markets matters
- Group restructurings
