The Role
As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will take full ownership of a pipeline of residential and specialist mortgage cases from application through to completion. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, mortgage advisers, lenders and solicitors, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications end-to-end from submission to completion
- Liaise confidently with clients, lenders, solicitors and third parties
- Proactively chase outstanding documents, valuations and mortgage offers
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
- Support advisers with pipeline management and case progression updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout
Package
- Basic salary £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience
- Bonus & Commission Structure
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
- Office-based Monday–Thursday, work from home Fridays

The position is office-based Monday to Thursday in Cheadle, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or mortgage case management
- Experience within a mortgage brokerage environment
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage process from application to completion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a busy pipeline and prioritise under pressure
- High attention to detail with strong compliance awareness
- Confident using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing platforms
