What You’ll Get with the Food Alert Academy

From day one, you’re on our team, on our payroll, and on your way to becoming a qualified Food Safety Consultant. No unpaid “experience” here – you’ll be trained and paid at the same time.

This role starts at £30,000 with a clear glide path to £35,000 and then beyond as your competency and confidence grow.

• Learn From the Best in the Business

Shadow our expert consultants on real hospitality audits, from busy restaurant kitchens to high-end hotels. You’ll see food safety in action, ask questions on the spot, and learn exactly how it’s done.

• A Clear Path to Consultant

We don’t just hand you a manual and wish you luck. You’ll have a step-bystep plan, regular check-ins, and clear milestones so you know exactly when you’re ready to fly solo as a Food Safety Consultant.

• All Training & Qualifications Paid For

Whether it’s your auditing qualification or specialist food safety training, we’ll cover the lot. You get the skills, the certificates, and the confidence.
