Job Summary
Elif Castle St is seeking waiting staff to join our team. As a crucial part of our front-of-house team, you will ensure that our guests receive excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and enjoys creating memorable dining moments for every guest.
Responsibilities
· We expect you to provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
· Looking after your section and taking food and drink orders.
· We expect you to communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff about special requests, dietary requirements and allergies.
· You will adhere to and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
· You will be expected to learn our F&B menus and be able to communicate and recommend items to guests.
· Using EPOS systems and taking payments.

Experience
- Experience in Hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is required.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest interaction and service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- £12.21 - 14 per hour
- Full time 40 – 65 hours per week
