    Milk Education is recruiting for purpose-driven, ambitious primary teachers to join us covering short- or long-term supply opportunities in primary schools across Northumberland.

    This is a flexible opportunity where you’ll be focused on supporting primary schools when required, making a real difference in children’s lives.

    This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join us working in fantastic schools to support pupils in reaching their potential!


    What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

    • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
    • Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
    • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
    • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
    • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
    • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and school policies

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
    • Strong classroom management skills
    • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
    • A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
