White Horse Employment are working exclusively with a long-standing client to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an urgent hire with a quick turnaround, so we are keen to speak with immediately available or short-notice candidates.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week (full-time equivalent 37 hours) and will focus heavily on Employee Relations and HR operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Stage 1 absence review meetings
- Conducting investigations and wellbeing meetings
- Drafting and issuing Employee Relations outcome letters
- Managing Bradford Factor reporting and associated manager communications
- Coordinating Occupational Health (OH) and Group Income Protection (GIP) referrals
- Reviewing and updating ER templates and documentation
- Preparing, analysing and manipulating HR metrics data
- Supporting the delivery of monthly HR communications
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or ER-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidently managing absence, investigations, and casework independently
- Experience producing HR reports and analysing metrics
- Able to build credible relationships with managers quickly
- Available at short notice or immediately
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
3 Days per Week (37 Hours FTE)
Salary is £30,000 FTE
Hybrid Working – 2 Days Onsite / 1 Day WFH
