About us:
Dragonpass is a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits for frequent flyers and global citizens. We’re a B2B2C business offering a suite of premium travel and lifestyle benefits through our enterprise clients, who pass these benefits on to their end customers.
Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and impact-driven Product Designer to join our growing Design team. In this exciting cross-functional role, you will not be limited to a single squad / feature area. Instead, you will work fluidly across our product ecosystem, deploying your expertise where it is needed most.
You will act as a key connector between teams ensuring design excellence, maintaining consistency through our design system, and helping deliver iterative value across our digital platforms. We are looking for someone who is confident in their craft, comfortable with a dynamic workflow, and excited to solve complex problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Dynamic Collaboration: Partner with different squads and adapt your process to the specific needs of the project at hand, helping teams move from discovery to shipping efficiently.
- Design System Partnership: Ensure high-quality implementation of our Design System across the initiatives you support. Working across multiple product areas, you are uniquely positioned to identify inconsistencies and refactor components to ensure a unified user experience.
- Iterative Delivery: Create user flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes to validate ideas. You will focus on delivering tangible value and testing assumptions rather than waiting for "perfect" releases.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a bridge between initiatives. You will synthesize research findings (interviews, usability testing) and share them across the business to prevent siloed working and duplication of effort.
- Embedded Execution: Move beyond simple "hand-offs." You will work closely with Developers and Product Managers, participating in team rituals to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints are understood early.
- Data-Driven Design: Analyse user behaviour using tools like Fullstory and Google Analytics to uncover insights, using this data to help teams prioritize their backlogs.
- Design Culture: Contribute in playbacks and design crits. You will use your cross-team knowledge to connect the dots between squads, preventing duplication of work and ensuring best practices are shared.
What we are looking for:
- A strong track record in Product Design, ideally gained within complex domains (Travel, Finance, Loyalty). You'll have a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex problems through end-to-end mobile design and high-fidelity UI.
- Proven experience working within Agile Squads. You are fluent in Agile rituals (stand-ups, retros, planning) and know how to balance iterative shipping with high-quality design without needing to be micromanaged.
- Strong mastery of Figma, including component creation and contribution to design systems. You understand how to advocate for consistency, knowing when to use existing components and when to suggest improvements.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, with hands-on experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
- A data-informed mindset - ideally with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Fullstory, Hotjar, GA, etc.) to uncover insights and optimise experiences.
- A confident communicator with strong soft skills - someone who can present ideas clearly, handle feedback with grace, and align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong time and priority management skills - able to self-manage and deliver quality work across multiple workstreams.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, annual bonus, pension, 25 days leave plus additional day for your birthday and a salary-sacrifice benefits offering.
- Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team on global projects.
- Professional development and growth opportunities.
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office and flexibility over working hours.
- A supportive, inclusive and welcoming work environment.
- High quality, newly refurbished offices, with car parking and excellent public transport links.
