    • Assist with interpretation and validation of customer forecasts and order processing
    • Create and maintain customer inventory reconciliation reports to ensure alignment on supplied materials
    • Monitor, process and execute supplier and customer chargebacks where required
    • Maintain and review Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters to reflect current demand and supply plans
    • Support scheduling of material deliveries across raw materials, excipients, packaging and labelling components
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure manufacturing materials are delivered on time
    • Produce inventory performance reports to optimise stock levels and minimise obsolescence
    • Support Supply Chain activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including product extensions and packaging updates
    • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Technical teams to ensure smooth material flow across the site

    Qualifications

    • GCSE / Standard Grade education (or equivalent) required
    • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related discipline advantageous but not essential

    Experience & Skills

    • Experience within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated environment preferred
    • Strong organisational and planning capability
    • Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
    • Ability to work effectively to deadlines and see tasks through to completion

    Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a growing global organisation within the animal health and pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, offering exposure to international customers, cross-functional collaboration and long-term career development within supply chain operations.
