We are partnering with a premier Liverpool-based freight provider that values local expertise and global vision. We’re looking for an International Freight Coordinator who wants to move away from "data entry" and toward true shipment ownership.
The Impact You’ll Make
- 360° Management: Take the reins of multimodal shipments (Sea, Air, and Road) from booking to final mile.
- The Logistics "Fixer": Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, hauliers, and overseas partners to bypass bottlenecks.
- Compliance Lead: Navigate customs documentation with precision, ensuring every shipment is audit-ready and on time.
- Client Champion: Build real rapport with customers, providing proactive updates before they even have to ask.
What You’ll Bring
- Local Roots: 2+ years in a UK freight forwarding environment.
- Multimodal Fluency: You know your Bill of Lading from your Air Waybill and can pivot between modes with ease.
- Systems Savvy: Experience with CargoWise, MultiFreight, or similar platforms is a major plus.
- The Mindset: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when the pressure is on.
