Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Tyne & Wear, £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer looking to handle a varied caseload with genuine career progression. JOB REF: 2905.
THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Your will be responsible for a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, new build transactions and Help to Buy and shared ownership matters
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Proven experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
