We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Global Mobility Officer who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the ongoing development of the Global Mobility function and strengthening its international partnerships.

Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Global Mobility operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an excellent stakeholder experience. • Support the delivery of projects

    You will ideally:

    • Have previous experience working in Global Mobility and/or Finance/Payroll, with an understanding of cross-border employment complexities.
    • Have experience working within a Higher Education HR environment, ideally supporting internationally mobile staff.
    • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical compliance advice in a practical, solutions-focused way.
    • Be highly organised, proactive, and capable of designing, developing, and embedding efficient and sustainable processes.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different cultures and jurisdictions.
    • Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
