What you will be doing
- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties target which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
- Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress
- Organising your own daily workflow – we commit to getting our files to exchange as quickly as possible so it’s important keep your plates spinning!
- Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
What you will have
- Sound knowledge and experience being a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor
- A real passion for the property industry
- Negotiation and Objection Handling skills are desirable
- Proactive approach required
