We are partnering with a highly successful, customer focused leading brand to recruit a HR Advisor based in Manchester city centre.
This is a fantastic organisation with excellent culture and values, offering excellent hybrid working options with only one day per week based on site in the office and some flexibility around start/finish times.
Initially a 6-month FTC with scope to be converted to permanent
This is a generalist HR Advisor role working as part of an established HR team. As well as day to day generalist activities there are also HR projects to support on. For example, they are currently in the process of implementing new HR system would like some support with this project.
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with strong generalist experience, strong employment law knowledge and well-developed business & personal judgment skills in resolving issues and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
