Entry Medical Sales Specialist
Our client is open to candidates with a wide range of sales backgrounds, including those with general sales experience as well as individuals who have worked specifically in the medical device industry. Whether your expertise comes from outside healthcare or you already have experience selling medical devices, they value strong communication skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be actively managing your territory, executing sales activities that drive product usage and increase revenue. An average week might include:
- Executing the sales strategy to drive product adoption
- Leading on customer product demonstrations
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with your customers
- Coordinating medical education workshops and training
- Attending surgical cases to make sure products are used properly
- Managing a local territory budget

This role will suit you if you...
- Have a degree in a scientific or medical field
- Understand human anatomy and physiology
- Have proven sales experience, ideally within Medical Devices, or a strong sales background
- Want to take ownership of sales and make an impact
- Are commercially minded
- Love building relationships and speaking the language of clinicians
- Are happy to travel to client sites, hospitals, and industry events
