Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Goole. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensure the execution of production schedules, and manage resources to optimize productivity and quality. Responsibilities will include supervising team members, implementing and monitoring production plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires excellent organizational skills to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a production team effectively.
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Experience in Production Management to oversee day-to-day activities and implement strategic improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, management, and other departments effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a production setting.
