Your Role
- Carry out residential stock condition and EPC surveys
- Capture building fabric, defects, and lifecycle data
- Submit clear, accurate reports
- Manage your own diary and site visits efficiently
What You’ll Need
- Experience delivering residential stock condition and EPC surveys
- Strong knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
- Construction background (qualification or solid experience)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
