A Contracts Specialist is required to join the Commercial team of a leading subsea energy organisation in Aberdeen.
In this role you will help play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of client and subcontractor agreements from award through to completion. The position helps ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood, supports effective communication between commercial and operational teams, and contributes to maintaining strong contractual governance across projects.
You’ll work closely with commercial, operational, and project teams, supporting contract handovers, tracking key contractual obligations, and helping maintain clear, organised, and audit‑ready records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys structure, process, and supporting smooth project delivery.
You’ll bring experience from a contracts or commercial role—ideally within offshore, energy, or subsea environments—alongside a solid understanding of contract terms, risk, and compliance. A degree in Law or a related discipline is preferred, and experience with LOGIC contracts will be a strong advantage. You’ll be proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities while working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
