As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Protection team and seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join a supportive, high-performing environment. You will work alongside a strong Mortgage Advice network, receiving warm leads and helping clients put meaningful protection in place that safeguards their financial future.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
- Provide expert advice and quotations on protection insurance products
- Manage your pipeline effectively in line with company policy
- Maintain accurate records and strong case administration
- Engage clients in a compliant, professional and customer-first manner
- Convert warm leads from Mortgage Advisers
- Deliver against sales targets while maintaining high conduct standards
- Demonstrate strong awareness of customer outcomes and risk
- Contribute positively to team culture and performance
What we’re looking for
- Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts
- Strong administrative and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a structured pipeline in a regulated environment
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Commercially driven and target focused
- Confident IT and Microsoft Office user
- Professional communicator who builds trust
