Lead Revit Coordinator / Technician
Leeds - office based (minimum 4 days per week)
Salary: £40k – £60k + company car / car allowance
The Company:
We’re supporting a well-established, design-led consultancy as they continue to strengthen their digital engineering and BIM capability across the North of England. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Lead Revit Coordinator / Lead MEP Digital Engineer to take a key role in the delivery of complex, technically demanding projects.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading Revit delivery, supporting BIM best practice, and acting as the technical digital lead across multi-discipline project teams. Projects span healthcare, life sciences, data centres, nuclear, and other highly regulated environments.
The Role:
- Lead the production and coordination of MEP Revit models
- Act as the digital lead on projects, supporting BIM standards and workflows
- Coordinate models across disciplines and support clash resolution
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and project leads to ensure high-quality outputs
- Mentor and support senior and junior digital engineering staff
- Contribute to the development of digital engineering standards, tools, and processes
- Support information management in line with project and client requirements

- Strong background in MEP Revit coordination and digital engineering
- Experience working on complex or regulated projects (healthcare, life sciences, data centres, nuclear)
- Confident leading model delivery and supporting wider project teams
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on lead role rather than pure strategy
