Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Didsbury, Greater Manchester.
An excellent opportunity for candidates with office administration or customer service experience who are looking to launch their career in the Real Estate industry!
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Advising Landlords on market values/behaviours for their current portfolio/potential purchases
- Support the process of bringing properties to the market
- Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
- Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department
- Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated
- Relationship management with both potential and existing Landlords
- Schedule accompanied viewings and engage with clients
- Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completion.
