Overview
Are you an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer or a senior aesthetic practitioner with a qualification in beauty therapy at NVQ level 4 or above?
Do you have over five years of experience specialising in skincare and aesthetics? If your answer is yes, this opportunity is made for you!
We are seeking an inspirational individual to join our team to represent and train world-renowned skincare brands such as DermaQuest, Lira Clinical, Epionce, Sensilis and Alpha Science.
The Role
As an industry expert in aesthetic education and business development, you will have a deep understanding of the sector and a drive to mentor clients and enhance their businesses. This challenging and rewarding position entails crafting and delivering extensive training programmes both virtually and in-person. You will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with clinics, clients, and sales team bolstering and enriching their business offerings. Your responsibilities will include conducting seminars, in person academy training, and advancing our business partners revenue return through your expertise, mentorship, inspiration and enthusiasm.
Your presence will help foster a deep connection with our partners, enhancing the reputation of Dermapure Clinical as a trusted industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct lively and informative training sessions in-person, online, and via live-streaming platforms. Utilize your expertise to captivate and educate diverse audiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our prestigious skincare brands and their cutting-edge products.
- Inspire and Mentor: Be an inspiration to learners and inspire therapists to increase revenue by positive treatment and product recommendations. Be a constant mentor to enhance confidence in product performance and results
- Drive Sales: Work closely with the Northern sales team to enhance clinic performance and brand confidence enabling higher sales revenue
- Increase brand awareness: Create engaging social media content to increase knowledge and highlight brand attributes. Contribute to a cohesive social media strategy to amplify brand awareness and drive engagement with professional audiences.
- Create and Update Training Materials: Develop, review, and refine bespoke training materials, including detailed handbooks, engaging multimedia aids, and compelling online presentations. Ensure all materials are current, innovative, and align with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Travel to Regional Locations: Undertake frequent travel across various regional locations from Birmingham to Scotland to deliver exceptional training experiences.
- Maintain Training Calendars and Compliance: Oversee the training schedule, ensuring all sessions are meticulously planned and executed. Adhere to supplier protocols and industry standards, guaranteeing quality and compliance in all training activities.
Work Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 4 in therapy or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a Trainer or Senior Practitioner in the skincare and aesthetic sector.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor and inspire diverse groups of professionals.
- Excellent presentation skills with a dynamic and engaging communication style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Skype.
