The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with Sales and Purchasing teams to support operational processes
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and filing
- Providing office support to the wider team
- Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
- Assisting with stock, supplier, and customer documentation
- Supporting internal reporting and record-keeping systems
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
