About the Role
We are seeking top-performing, highly motivated employed Mortgage Adviser to join our successful Hull, East Yorkshire team of over 60 advisers. This is a specialist retention role, looking after our existing clients and helping them with remortgage and product transfers. Having operated in the area for over 15 years we have an extensive loyal client base to work with.
Responsibilities
- Look after our existing clients and help them with remortgage and product transfers.
- Work with an extensive loyal client base.
- Provide all leads which will be booked into your diary.
- Support a quality adviser with full marketing, lead generation & training support available.
- Deal with all case management and market leading technology.
Qualifications
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Achieved CAS status.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 18 months advising experience.
- Excellent level of product knowledge and criteria.
Preferred Skills
- Live in the East Yorkshire area.
- Be based in our busy Hull office.
- A Hybrid role can be considered.
Pay range and compensation package
You'll be employed on a basic salary and receive an uncapped monthly bonus based on banked income. Salary will depend on experience, OTE £65,000.
