Service Care Solutions is working with a dynamic local authority, based in Nottingham, which is looking to recruit an experienced Planning and Environment Team Leader. This role would be suitable for a highly experienced solicitor who has been in a similar position previously.
Role: Planning and Environment Team Leader
Umbrella Rate: £60 - £65ph
Contract Length: 6 – 9 months
The Role
- This senior role sits within Legal Services and involves managing a small, friendly team.
- Advise across Planning, Highways, licensing under the Licensing Act 2003, taxi licensing, pollution control, food, health & safety, trading standards and safer housing.
- The team also advises Planning, Licensing and Regulatory, and Appeals Committees.
- Attend and advise at Planning Committee.
