What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students with varying learning needs in a secondary environment.
- Delivering 1:1 and small‑group support to reinforce classroom learning.
- Assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
- Promoting an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Encouraging student independence, wellbeing, and progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
- Confidence in working with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to work across different school settings.
