What you’ll be doing in the role;
- Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a calm, productive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Manage student behaviour, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people aged 11–16 in a school, youth work, or similar environment.
- Minimum of Grade C / Level 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
