A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its high-performing London team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value property litigation within a collaborative and ambitious practice.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of contentious real estate matters, including:
- Lease renewals (contested & uncontested)
- Dilapidations, forfeiture & possession actions
- Break notices, rent reviews & property management disputes
- Support and lead on high-profile litigation involving developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions
- Exposure to specialist areas including building safety, development disputes, rights of light and joint ventures
- Manage your own caseload while working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters

- Acts for institutional landlords, major retailers, investors, developers and infrastructure clients
