Your workload will include:
- Managing plot sales from instruction to completion.
- Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial, and management teams.

The successful applicant will have the following background:
- Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters.
- Be 2 years or more qualified (PQE) as a solicitor or legal executive.
- Either private practice or in-house.
- Those with commercial attitudes and pragmatic minds will go far in this role and business.
